OUR MISSION
Home & Land is a company established in 2007 in Bulgaria. Its prime goal is presentation and sales of luxury investment projects along the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, mountains and larger cities and, in the near future, worldwide. The company has the ambition to become the leading company in the luxury real property and investment projects market in Europe in the coming years. Our main objective and only wish is to fully satisfy the demands of our customers, to provide them with multiple choices, perfect service and fully cooperate and assist them in finding and buying their property. Our idea and ambition to be the leaders in the sector of luxury realties make us do our best and try to satisfy all of our customer’s demands. The company is new and has been established to work specifically in this new sector of the market but its subsidiaries – the companies Bulgarian Properties Group and Bulgarian Sunny Homes have been expanding well for more than one and a half year on the Polish and Romanian market. Home & Land presents investment projects in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Romania, Poland and Russia and for the future our plans include to cover all markets in Europe and thus become the leader in the sector.
